33rd Annual Combat Medic Run & Health Expo

Kick off your San Antonio Tri-Centennial weekend with the Combat Medic Run 5K! On Saturday May 5th (Military Appreciation Day) The Excellence in Action Committee is hosting the annual Combat Medic Run in support of the San Antonio Tri-Centennial Commemorative Week Celebration.  This will be the 34th running of the combat medic through the historic Fort Sam Houston as well as the first event for the SA 300 festivities on Fort Sam Houston. The Harry Wurzbach Gate will be open on Saturday at 6:00 AM in order for runners to pick up race packets and get read to RUN! The Run will end with the award ceremony that will begin shortly after the completion of the run.  Following the run starting at 11:00 will be the Military Appreciation Day carnival as well as a exciting schedule of military displays such as the Golden Knights Skydiving team, Marine Silent Drill Platoon and More!  The race is open to all military and civilian with registration open now!
