Swim: The swim will be a 200 meter snake style swim. The start will be a time trial start with an athlete starting every 10 – 15 seconds.
Run: The 2 mile run is a 1 loop run around the Golf Course on Pavement.
Bike: The 10 mile bike course is an 2 loop course on quiet neighborhood roads. Drafting is illegal and will not be tolerated. Be aware that the roads are open to traffic – use caution and stay to the right.
