Race Day: Saturday check in starts at 5:00am at the Windcrest Pool, 5609 Winsong, located in the City of Windcrest. The transition area will be right in front of the pool. You must be body marked before you go to the transition. Event will be Chip Timed.

Swim: The swim will be a 200 meter snake style swim. The start will be a time trial start with an athlete starting every 10 – 15 seconds.

Run:  The 2 mile run is a 1 loop run around the Golf Course on Pavement.

Bike: The 10 mile bike course is an 2 loop course on quiet neighborhood roads. Drafting is illegal and will not be tolerated. Be aware that the roads are open to traffic – use caution and stay to the right.
