Entry Fees
Make Checks payable to: Texas Lutheran Cross Country AND BRING TO CHECK IN!
$80 per TEAM entered (Varsity Boys = 1 team, Varsity Girls = 1 team)
There is an additional charge of $5 per athlete over the 10th person.
(if you have 15 people running JV, then runners 11 thru 15 are each $5)
Individual runners not racing as a team, the charge is $15 per athlete.
* For Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls races, only 7 athletes may be entered.
All other varsity runners beyond the top 7 must run JV or as a separate Varsity team
All entries should be completed online by 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, 2017.
DO NOT JUST ENTER YOUR ENTIRE ROSTER. ONLY ENTER THOSE WHO ARE RACING!
There will not be a scratch meeting the day of the meet. Please make all scratches ahead of time.
If you have not scratched an athlete prior to the 6 p.m. deadline, you will be paying for that athlete!
Once the entry deadline expires, no entries/additions will be allowed.

Award Categories
Awards will be awarded to top 15 finishers in each race and to the top Boys Varsity and Girls Varsity teams.
Each team will score their top five runners with the sixth and seventh runners displacing.
Results will be posted as soon as possible after each race is completed by the finish chute. Results will also be available on the TLU athletic website at www.tlu.edu/athletics by the following day.
Packet Pickup
Check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m. under the tent in the parking lot adjacent the starting line.
Additional Info
Texas Lutheran athletic trainers will be on site in case of emergency only. Your school trainers will be responsible for treatment of your athletes, ice, wrapping, and any other
general treatment.
