- Entries are due by midnight on Monday, Oct. 23
- 12 athletes per gender may compete
- Course preview and packet pickup from Noon to 5 p.m. on Friday, October 27
- Course will open at 7 a.m. on Saturday, October 28.
- Packet pickup will be at the Hammer Cage behind the Jones Complex (south of the softball field) on the TLU campus.
- If packets are not picked up on Friday, they may be picked up beginning at 7 a.m. on Saturday in the same location.
- Men’s 8K begins at 9 a.m.
- Women’s 6K at 10 a.m.
- Awards at approximately 11:15 a.m. at the Hammer Cage
- Results will be posted adjacent to the finish chute, and the 20 minute protest period will begin once the results are posted once the last finisher crosses the line
- Athletic Training facilities will be available on Friday beginning at Noon thru 5 p.m. and on Saturday beginning at 7 a.m. thru 11:30 a.m. (they have asked to bring a kit)
- Team camps may be set up south of the softball field to the east of the hammer cage
- Restrooms will be available both in between the softball/baseball complex and inside of the Jones Complex
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINTS FOR THE STARTING AREA, EACH BOX WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 4-1/2 FEET WIDE AND WILL ACCOMMODATE 3 PEOPLE PER SCHOOL ON THE LINE
