Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation is hosting the 4th Annual Race to Raise, a 5K/10K chip timed Trail Run on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center.  This year all 100% of proceeds will benefit the Guadalupe Clinic for Chronic Disease Care.  This clinic provides primary care for unfunded patients who suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes or hypertension and provides medical care, individualized education, mediation support and treaments to ensure that these patients effectively manage their diseases and remain active and productive.
Entry Fees:

5K
Adult $25 until September 12 then $35
Youth $15 (17 and under) until September 12 then $25
RaceDay $40 for adults and $30 for youth

10K
Adult $35 until September 12 then $45
Child $30 (17 and under) until September 12 then $40
RaceDay $50 for adults and $45 for youth
Packet Pickup: September 24-25 from 8am - 7pm at Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center
Race Day at 6:30am at the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center
