Directions: Please take exit 607 for Highway 46 off of I-10. At the light take a Right onto 46 South.
Travel ½ mile to the intersection of 90/Kingsbury St. (2nd light on 46 with a Dodge dealer on the corner)
and turn left. TLU will be on your right. Once you have passed the baseball field on your right,
turn right onto Prexy. Once at the stop sign on Prexy, turn right into campus and park in the 3rd parking lot
on your left (see map at end of the meet information)

- Varsity Boys – $50.00 (up to 7 runners)
Beyond 7 need to enter as a separate “B” team varsity, or run in the JV race
- Varsity Girls – $50.00 (up to 7 runners)
Beyond 7 need to enter as a separate “B” team varsity, or run in the JV race
- JV Boys – $50.00 (up to 10 runners, then $5 each additional runner beyond 10)
- JV Girls – $50.00 (up to 10 runners, then $5 each additional runner beyond 10)
- Middle School Girls – $40.00 (up to 10 runners, then $5 each additional runner beyond 10)
- Middle School Boys – $40.00 (up to 10 runners, then $5 each additional runner beyond 10)
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – Varsity Boys 5K
9:30 a.m. – JV Boys 5K
10:00 a.m. – Varsity Girls 2 Mile
10:20 a.m. – JV Girls 2 Mile
10:30 a.m. – middle school boys & girls 2 Mile (combined race)
Facility: On-campus flat course with mixed grass, hard packed dirt and crushed granite. Fast course!

Scoring: Each team will score their top five runners with the sixth and seventh runners displacing.
Awards: Awards will be given to top 15 individual finishers in each race.
Award for top team in Boys Varsity and Girls Varsity races.
Team Camps: Please keep camps clean and remove all trash after meet.
Trainers/Staff: Texas Lutheran athletic trainers will be on site in case of emergency only. Your school trainers will be responsible for treatment of your athletes, ice, wrapping, and any other general treatment.
Check-In: Check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. under the white tents in the parking lot adjacent to the start line.
Results: Results will be posted as soon as possible after each race is completed. Final results will be available 30 minutes after the final event is completed. They will also be available on the TLU athletic website at www.tlu.edu/athletics.
T-shirts: A limited number of t-shirts will be available on race day for $10 each beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Sold on a first-come, first-serve basis under the white tents.
