Sun, Fun, Run! Escape to the Getaway 5K/10K. This experience is designed for the entire family. No matter what your age, you’re sure to have a good time. The event will feature a timed 10K and 5K, and a fun run designed especially for the kids. You can run, walk or skip the course. It doesn’t matter as long as you’re moving! The fun begins before the race, continues on the course and culminates in our beach-themed post-race celebration which will include vendors, music, food & beverage and a play area for kids. 10K participants will receive a quarter zip jacket, while 5K and Kids Fun Run participants will receive an event shirt. 10K and 5K finishers will received a specially designed finisher’s medal. The Getaway 5K/10K will be fun for everyone!
