MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAELLA CHALLENGE
This one-day community event will highlight the quintessential dish of Spain with a Paella Challenge. Year after year, the Paella Challenge brings together celebrity chefs from all over the country and Latin America to compete in an Iron Chef-style paella competition. The afternoon will be filled with live entertainment, wines from Spain, sangria, and the very best in culinary creativity. Our event was designed to create awareness within the San Antonio corporate community of the tremendous need to support young culinarians as they pursue careers in the growing food industry. We will be cooking for over 3,000 food enthusiasts and our goal is to raise funds for Kitchen Campus’ programming and further foster the growth and development of our city’s aspiring culinarians.
