Come celebrate Flag Day with the San Antonio Elks! The day starts out with a 5K and 10K at Leon Creek Greenway followed by a car show at the San Antonio Elks Lodge. Later in the day, there will be an American Flag Retirement Ceremony followed by a Flag Day Service conducted by the Elks and Boy Scout Troop 888. Age and category awards will be presented at 11:00 AM.
Proceeds will benefit Veterans Assistance Dogs of Texas, a 501 © 3 non-profit organization that trains and donates services dogs to Disabled American Veterans with mental and/or mobility disabilities. Visit VAdogs.org for more information.
