Entry Deadline: Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 11:59 p.m. on Direct Athletics  
Entries: Entries will be done through www.directathletics.com  
Timing: The meet will be professionally chip timed  
Entry Fee: $300 per school ($150 per gender)   Site: Windcrest Golf Club at 8600 Midcrown Drive in Windcrest, Texas  78239 (San Antonio area)  
Schedule: College Men at 8 a.m. and College Women at 8:45 a.m.  
Course: Flat and 99% grass on a nine-hole golf course. The only concrete will be at cart path crossings. Men will run an 8k and the women a 5k.   
Awards: T-shirts for top 10 men and top 10 women and plaques for winning teams (each gender).   
Results and Photos: Sports Information Director will send results by noon; action and award photos will be shared later in the afternoon.
