10 milers will run one single loop on rural trails along the banks of the Medina River and other historic sights of the Institute. 20 milers will run two loops and will get their split time recorded for the first half. Post-race party and Awards Ceremony will be at 10:30am for the 10 Miler and 11:30am for the 20 Miler.
Event benefits the Land Heritage Institute Foundation. Land Heritage Institute is a living land museum on 1200 acres of open space along the banks of the Medina River on the far south side of San Antonio preserving, maintaining and interpreting 10,000 years of continual human habitation.
