  • Age groups-  Top 3-  29 and under: 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 and up.

 

Who does Lead the Way 5K benefit?

All proceeds go to YWLA support services.  Such as: college bound advisor, SAT prep, writing boot camps, and much more.

 

Why participate?

The The Young Women’s Leadership Academy (YWLA)  is a Texas Education Agency Exemplary all girls public school in the San Antonio Independent School District.  YWLA is building tomorrow’s leaders and empowering young women to achieve their fullest potential through a vigorous college- preparatory education.  Students are provided a strong support network to ensure their academic success at the university level.

 

Entry Fees

  • 5K -   $30 through September 30, $35 through Oct 31, $40 on race day.
  • 1 Mile- $25 through September 30, $30 through Oct 31, $35 on race day.
