2012 NEF 5k Run/Walk

Children 10 and under can participate in the Apple Eddie Free Kids Fun Run beginning at 8:00AM. Registration for the Fun Run will be on-site only and starts at 7:00AM. Each child participating must have a parent or guardian present to sign a release form.

The NEF 5K is April 21, 2012.
On-site Registration begins at 7:00AM.
Kids Fun Run starts at 8:00AM.
The 5K starts at 8:30AM.

No Pets and No Bicycles.
Strollers and Wagons are Ok.

The Wellness Fair will continue through out the event.

There will be no late registrations between April 9th and April 20, 2012.

A convenience fee will apply to all registrants who sign up online.

5K On-site Registration starts at 7:00AM on Race Day.
$20.00 Per person
$40 Family Rate
Extra shirts will be available for purchase at on-site registration. Cotton Shirts will be $10 and Technical Shirts will be $15. (On-site registrants are not guaranteed a shirt or the correct size.)
Chip Timing will be available while supplies last for $5.

Registration includes event, goodie bag items, post race refreshments, and access to 5K Sponsors and Wellness Fair vendors.

The Free Kids Fun Runs:
Registration is on-site only starting at 7:00AM. A parent or guardian must be present to sign the waiver. All Fun Run Participants will recieve a participation Medal.
The winning girl and boy will receive a medal and prize during the awards ceremony.

All children participating in the Free Kids Fun Run will receive a Participation medal and the 1st place male and female children winners will receive a 1st place medal and prize.

Don't forget your school or site could take home the Apple Eddie Participation Trophy or Wall Apple. Forester Elementary won the 2011 5K Campus Trophy and Northside Learning Center won the 5K Site Trophy. Get moving and get you and your school buddies registered!

Departments, Campuses, and Clubs are eligible to win the Most Spirited Award. Langley Elementary won the 2011 5K Spirit Stick. So register and show up for the Run/Walk with your themed team wear and show off your department spirit. Wear Bright colors, Crazy Hair, anything to get you noticed.
