About The 10K Jalpeno Del Sol Trail Run
The course for this chip timed race runs through heavily wooded, shady, dirt trails. Almost the entire race is in the shade of oak trees. The trails can be very rocky and uneven in places, as well as low branches so paying attention is critical. Trails are marked with flour on the ground, orange tape and directional arrow signs. All runners receive post race breakfast tacos, Zorrel tech shirt in men’s and women’s sizes, refreshments, and cerveza (for those of age), as part of your entry. Age group and overall awards are given in 10 yr increments.
Kid’s 1 Mile Trail Run
8:15 AM Start. The kiddos can get their sweat on with the Kid’s 1 Mile which will start immediately after the 10K. It will be on trail and a little bit of pavement. Kids get an award, a shirt, food and juice.
Packet Pickup
Packet pick up will be held at Trisition Area on 2602 NW Loop 1604 San Antonio, TX 78248 Phone: (210) 492-4884 from 10AM until 6PM on Thursday Aug 23rd and 10AM – 6PM Friday Aug 24th. Race day packet pick up is available from 6:30AM- 7:45AM at Classic Elite Soccer Complex.
