River Road is well-known for its picturesque scenery. It’s a Texas Hill Country gem. It’ll be cold, so count on your half marathon being fast; your 10k being exciting; and your 5K hurting, if you push it the way you should.
We will start at Anytime Fitness at Canyon Lake, run to River Road and through another neighborhood. You will pass right over the river. The course is an out-and-back route, and has one hill at the start.
After the race, feel free to visit New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg and beyond in the Hill Country. There’s so much to see and do in this area. We welcome you to run, race or walk, and to have a blast afterwards.
