COVID Protocols

For the safety of our community and to prevent the spread of COVID this event will follow these protocols:

  1. Temperature screening & symptom check
  2. Face coverings required over mouth and nose if social distancing is not able to be accomplished unless:
    1.  You are running your heat
    2.  You have food or drink
    3.  You are a child under 2 years old
  3. Heat starts will be staggered to allow for social distancing
  4. Other social distancing when appropriate and multiple sanitizer stations

Additional Info

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? There is no age limit for guests that would like to attend the event. All participants in the beer run must be of 21 years or older. On the property and race grounds, this event will follow standard drinking laws.

Is it kid friendly?  Yes!  We will have a kids race to keep the little ones busy.

Are pets allowed? No. Other than registered service dogs, no pets are allowed on the premises.

Is there enough parking? Absolutely.

What can/can't I bring to the event? The only thing you need to bring to the event are comfortable running shoes and clothing. You're more than welcome to bring a chair to sit in, although there will be some seating provided. We'll have water, food trucks and a beer/wine bar on site so bring a form of payment if you want to eat and drink.
