Benefits Gary Kahler Memorial Scholarship Fund
This family friendly 5K Run (chip timed) & Fun Walk encourages race participants to run or walk in their best Halloween costume for a fundraising event to benefit the Gary Kahler Memorial Scholarship Fund. The Trick or Trot 5K Run/Fun Walk is designed to be a fun filled experience for every member of the family including your four-legged friends! There will be jumper bouncers and games for the children, a corn hole competition, and food trucks.
The Trick or Trot 5K Run/Fun Walk is one of the Professional Women in Building’s biggest fundraisers. The Gary Kahler Memorial Scholarship fund awards scholarships to Permian Basin college students, especially those pursuing a building trades or building related area of study.
This event will be held at Midland College Saturday October 19th from 9am to noon. The first 50 people to sign up will receive a Trick or Trot T-Shirt with their $35 registration. Children 12 and under run for free.
Bring your bring your running shoes, wear a costume and be ready to have a spooktacular time!
