From the Race Director:
Effective immediately Race with Advocare is postponing the October 23, 2011 race due to some unforeseen circumstances. RWA wants to let all racers and sponsors know that this is not a bad thing but a good thing in terms of what is to come for March 2012. The next race will be at a new location and will be a complete ROAD race. We are deeply sorry for this change and hope everyone understands the change. This opens up more exciting things to come for RWA, and we look forward in sharing everything with you all soon.
Racers: you will be issued either 1) a full refund 2) or transfer of race entry to the March 2012 race. Please contact Kelly Cummins @ kcummins@racewithadvocare.com as soon as possible in regards to which option you would like.
Sponsors/In-kind donations: We ask that you allow RWA to move forward and utilize your donations for the March 2012 race. If there are any questions in regards to this please contact Kelly Cummins @ 512-844-1409
We are also requesting your kindness and support in continuing our current relationships for the 2012 year as well.
“Race with Advocare” is very excited for the new 2012-year and what it has in store for our Non Profit organization. We want everyone to know that 100% proceeds and race entry fees and any other monetary donations go directly to the race itself and then to the Foundation.
Please join us in celebrating "Race with Advocare" as this will be our 1 year anniversary and we will kick it off with a 10k, 5k, and Kids Fun Run. The goal is still to introduce people to fitness, get active and promote overall wellness by introducing new people to the world of Advocare. All proceeds will go to the Drew Brees Foundation.
