We envision a Guatemala where every child has the ability to develop to their full potential through good nutrition, sanitation, clean water, healthy homes, and access to education. A Guatemala where every child knows they were born for a reason, and that God loves them and has a plan for them.
We envision a local community where children have access to food even when school is not in session. A community that invests, not only in nutrition, but in the educational, spiritual, and character development of its children.

Ancora Ministries is on the ground in communities where no one else is working – both in Central Texas AND in Guatemala. We are doing life-changing work so that children can be everything they were created to be!
Locally, Ancora partners with HaysHope2Go, a program that has provided over 100,000 meals to food-insecure children and families over the past year. Ancora has been an active part of HaysHope2Go, contributing over 25,000 meals.
In Guatemala, we currently have nutrition programs in 10 communities in the central and southern regions of the country, with plans to add more in 2023. Ancora has impacted over 3000 people and provided nearly 60,000 meals to vulnerable communities in Guatemala over the past 12 months.
