NOTE: Start location for this event is the ballfield parking lot at Gregg Clarke Park in Kyle (access off of Center St -- no parking in this lot, race start/finish only)

Note - this will be in-person. We will be at Gregg Clarke Park, just to the east of Wallace Middle School

The second annual race hosted by the non-profit who manages and produces races for many other organizations! This will be a blast! And there will be PIE!

It's a Prediction Run! Standard age group awards, but also make a prediction about when you'll finish. Awards to the top three who get the closest to their predicted time. Run or walk without a watch or tracking device! PIE at the FINISH! Prizes and fun and unicorns and rainbows (maybe not the last two, but come anyway)!

For the Love of Go puts on over 20 family-friendly, cost-effective races in the area for schools and churches. Help them raise the funds needed to continue to pay for the storage to house the equipment they share will all of those races!

What is a Prediction Run? Leave your watch or phone in the car (whatever you normally time or track your pace with) and just go run or walk as you normally would. See if you can finish in the time you predict you'll finish! It's a fun challenge - and you're still in the running for age group awards, because it's chip-timed. And pie -- always pie!

Entry Fees

5K is $20 for all

1K is $10 for 10 and under.

Sleepwalker (I just want a shirt!) is $10 (Sleepwalker registration closes on 10/29)

Top male and top female closest to their predicted time

Special Divisions–

Top Dog – first three dogs across the finish line will be awarded a medal!

Stroller (with human passenger!) Pusher – first three across the finish line (male or female) will be awarded a special recognition medal! Participants in this division will still be part of the age group awards.

Race Day is November 14, 2020.
Race Day Packet Pick up and walk up registration begins at 7:00 a.m.

All changes to runner registration will need to be made at the timing tent on race morning.

Start and Finish at Wallace Middle School.
We are Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold.
5K is chip timed.

Online Registration will close at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday (or 4 days) before the race day in order to allow time to prepare items for packet stuffing! For example, if the race is on the 4^th, the online registration will close on the 1^st, at 11:59 p.m.! Walk-up registration is always available, by cash or check, at packet pickup (check times and locations under the Packet Pickup heading).

Must register by 11/04 to guarantee your shirt!

Directions

Gregg Clarke Park ballfield is at approximately 1300 Center St, Kyle Tx 78640. Parking is available in parking lot of Gregg Clarke and on the streets around the corner (Ranger), unless otherwise marked. Carpooling is the best, and most appreciated, option! No parking in the ballfield lot.
