07:30 AM - Late registration and packet pickup
08:30 AM - 5K start
After the race (9:30-9:45) enjoy a short talk from the board President regarding the purpose of the event (mental health), Followed by Medals.

Race Day: $35
**the first 100 registrants who register by May 1st will receive a shirt.**

Categories for medals are as follows:
Top Three times for male and female, age 19 ad under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and up
