Harris County Employee 5K Walk/Run

• Full-Time Employees - Free
  
  • Defined:  Employees covered by the Harris County Medical Plan (Aetna) and new, full-time employees still within their benefits waiting period. Employee must provide ID # (Payroll #) upon registration.
  • Employee ID # Definition:  Your Harris County Employee ID number is either 5, 6 or 7 digits in length. It is not your Social Security Number. You use this number on your timesheet and also to login to see your paycheck stub. If you do not know your Employee ID number, please contact your department’s Payroll Clerk.
• Part-Time/State/Temp./Contract Employees - $7 registration fee
  
  • Defined:  Employees and County partners that are not covered or soon-to-be covered by the Harris County Medical Plan (Aetna). This may include contract, temporary, part-time, and State employees as well as organizations that partner with Harris County. Registration must identify which group he/she is from.
• County Friends & Family – $7 registration fee
  
  • Defined:  Family members and friends of County employees. Registrant must provide the employee ID # of employee he/she is attending with.
• Kids under 12 for ¼-mile run - Free w/race bib and post-race food (no shirt or chip-timing)
• Public – not permitted
• *No day-of-event registration
