TIME: Varsity Girls 8:30 a.m., Varsity Boys 9:00 a.m., JV Girls 9:30 a.m., JV Boys 10:00 a.m., 8th grade Girls & Boys 10:30 a.m., 7th grade Girls & boys 11:00 a.m. Times are approximate. We would like to keep a rolling schedule if at all possible.

WHERE: Hondo Municipal Golf Course located at 702 Disoway; Hondo, TX 78861 Course is all grass.

CHECK-IN: Will be located inside or near the golf course club house. Course maps and other information will be provided to you when you pick up race packets. Please note that the club house will only be open to coaches and trainers. Athletes are asked to stay outside.

ENTRY FEES: We wanted to simplify the entry fee process this year. The cost for each runner is $12. You may enter up to 10 runners on a varsity team. JV and junior high teams are unlimited. Maximum entry fee per school is $375

DISTANCE: 2 miles for Varsity girls, JV girls, junior high runners; 5K/3.1 miles for varsity boys & JV boys. We will try to make the course as close to the correct distance as possible.

AWARDS:  Varsity team championship plaques & medals to top 15 finishers. JV team championship plaques & medals to top 15 finishers.

 Junior high: Team championship plaque & medals to top 15 finishers for 7th & 8th grade girls/boys.

* Portable men’s’ & women’s restrooms will be set up for athletes to use. There are no changing facilities on site. Water will be provided to your runners at the finish of each race. Camp site space is limited but we will do our best to accommodate your team.

*This will be a chip timed event. We have used Athlete Guild in the past and will do so again this year.  Please see the attached page for information on how to register.
