Be a part of one of the largest growing races as thousands of Santas hit the streets of Galveston at the Second Annual Santa Hustle Half Marathon & 5K Run/Walk on December 22, 2013 at 9:00AM.
The start location of the half marathon & 5K will be at Saengerfest Park (23rd Street and Strand Ave.).
Every participant will receive a free Santa hat, beard, and customized Santa dri-fit shirt to year while running. With outrageous holiday decorations, festive music, and a large after party offering a buffet of food and plenty to drink.
DOnation boxes for Toys for Tots will be available at the race. Participants and spectators are encouraged to donate new, unopened toys. All donations go directly to children in need.
The after party will be on-site at Saengerfest Park immediately following the race beginning at 10 a.m. where overall and age group awards will be presented, so be sure to stick around if you can! Yaga's Bar will have specials and beer available to participants as well (MUST be 21 or older and have ID).
