About

Ditch the Road and join us on our beautiful campus for a challenging and fun trail run!  Burke Center for Youth a 501c3 Non-Profit Boys Residential Treatment Program.  We are raising funds to continue the development of our successful equestrian therapy program.  Come meet our horses and tour our campus with your trail shoes on!  

Following the run, between 11am and 2pm, we will be having an Open House to show off our new Chapel and Gym, including the Ribbon Cutting on the Gym.  We are also going to celebrate Burke Center for Youth's 45th anniversary!   It's going to be a great day!

Race Day Schedule

07:00 AM - Registration and packet pickup
08:00 AM - 5K
08:00 AM - 5KT
09:00 AM - 1K

Entry Fees

$20 for adults (19 and over 5K)
$15 for students (18 and under, 5K or 1K)
$15 for sleepwalker (I just want a shirt)

Registration slots are capped at 200 participants for the 5K.

We are Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold. 
5K is chip start and chip finish.

Subs and corrections can be made on race morning at the timing tent.

This is a trail run.  While we love strollers, this race course is not a good one for strollers.

This is a trail run.  It maybe muddy, it maybe rocky, it maybe mixed terrain.  Be prepared!

Online registration closes 9/6 at 5:00 p.m.
Shirt guarantee deadline is 8/28.

From Kyle TX: Depart S Burleson St toward RR-150 /W Center St, Turn Left onto RR-150 /W Center St continue 0.3miles, turn right to stay on RR-150 /Rebel Dr 8.1 miles Keep right to stay on RR-150 go 10.1miles and destination will be on your right

From Driftwood TX: Depart RR-150 toward Elder Hill Rd/Cr-170 go 3.8 miles arrive at RR-150 destination is on your left
