Course
30K – Starts at 7:30 am lakeside at Winfrey Point heading north on East Lawther Dr. to Mockingbird Lane, right up the service road, left over the bridge, west onto the running path by the Dog Park. Then south on the trail along West Lawther, across the dam, east along the Garland Rd trail, north on the trail past Winfrey Point, to a turn-around point near the start/finish.
2x15K – The 2-Person Relay starts at 7:30 am with the 30K. The The Relay Exchange is at the 15K turn-around point, near the start/finish. Hand-slap in the zone to make the exchange with your partner.
5K – Starts at 8:00 am lakeside at Winfrey Point. Flat and fast, out-and-back to the north on E Lawther Drive.
