Kids Get Fit is a local non-profit whose mission is to promote healthy lifestyles for children and families whose health may be at-risk through exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness. We offer a FREE after school program that involves fitness, yoga, dance, nutrition and mindfulness for children 6-17 years of age at our own facility. Check out kidsgetfit.net for more information.
