Run for Blood's mission is to provide funding and support to blood centers across the country through community charity runs. Every two seconds, someone, somewhere, needs blood. Additionally, 72% of the population underestimates the need for blood. With 85% of the people in the US needing blood during their lifetime, now is the time to get involved and support this life saving cause. Whether you are a competitive runner, a casual walker, or just love the idea of supporting a wonderful cause, participating in a Run for Blood allows you to show your support for the Coastal Bend Blood Center.
We will be hosting packet pickup on Friday, November 15 from 8:30am to 6pm at Coastal Bend Blood Center (209 North Padre island Drive, Corpus Christi 78406). Day of race packet pickup is available between 6:00 and 6:45am at Heritage Park.
