The City of Converse and the TX-091 would like to invite everyone to their Inaugural Christopher Baltazar Memorial 5K fun run/walk to be held on National Armed Forces Day, 18 May 2019. Christopher was a 4-year JROTC Cadet at Judson High School. After graduating from Judson High School in 2007, Christopher joined the Marines. Sadly, while fighting in Afghanistan in 2009, Christopher Baltazar heroically gave his life for his country. This 5K will be a time for him to be remembered and a chance to carry on his legacy at Judson High School and in the Converse Community.

Race Day Schedule

07:00 AM - Registration and packet pickup
08:30 AM - Competitive Run
08:40 AM - Team Run
08:50 AM - Fun Run

Entry Fees

Individual for only $25 (Students 18 and under are $20).
Teams of 4 or more receive a $5 discount. Discount applied when team reaches minimum of 4 registrants.

Kids run is free for 13 and under or $10 with a shirt.

All 5K participants will receive a t-shirt and medal.

Award Categories

Awards will be given to overall and age-group winners.
