KCWS will hold the 7th Annual Heal the Soul 5K and 10K Trail Run on April 1st, 2017. This timed run will take place at Joshua Springs Park & Preserve. Over 250 runners are expected to participate in the event which include a 5K, 10K and 1.4 mile walk. Awards will be given to first place overall male, female and youth in both the 5K and10K.
