ALL proceeds benefit the Africa New Life Family Center in Kigali, Rwanda empowering vulnerable women and their young children. More than 39% of Rwandans live under the poverty line, many of them stuck in a cycle of poverty brought on by lack of education or vocational skills, prevalent HIV, and the lingering effects of the genocide. Africa New Life Family Center helps break the cycle of poverty by offering vocational training with safe childcare, equipping them to work or start their own businesses upon graduation. |

Marketplace offering Rwandan and other goods opens at 7:00 AM under the pavillion. Refreshments will be provided at the finish line. Stick around for our raffle after the race. Photographer and live band will be present. |
