1st Annual 5K Bunny Run-Walk

Arthur Nagel Community Clinic has announced its first annual community-wide 5K BANDERA BUNNY RUN / WALK on Saturday, April 4, 2020 to raise needed funding for specialized services for Clinic patients. The festive race highlights the energy of spring and a return to warmer weather. Bunny costumes are encouraged but optional.

The 5K BANDERA BUNNY RUN / WALK will begin at 8:00 am at the Bandera Village of Hope Event Center, 1116 12^th Street, next to the Nagel Clinic and features a course that goes by the courthouse, through town and along the beautiful Medina River before concluding at the Nagel Clinic.

Runners and walkers of all ages are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Prizes will be awarded in seven categories for men, women and children. Families and friends are welcome to cheer to along the participants as they make their way to the finish line. Food and beverage trucks will be on site as well as community resource providers and information.

Sponsorships are also available for the 5K BANDERA BUNNY RUN / WALK. Sponsorships from businesses and individuals offset the cost of promoting the race and help keep the registration fees affordable for all.

Proceeds from the 5K BANDERA BUNNY RUN / WALK on April 4 will help provide exceptional care for the neediest patients such as specialist physicians, radiology, and medications that the Clinic cannot provide to patients, such as cancer or more serious diabetic medications.

The Arthur Nagel Community Clinic is a life-changing, nonprofit medical health center providing no-cost primary and preventive care plus mental health counseling for Bandera County residents who meet certain income guidelines.
