This event is designed to bring communities together with first responders, to honor fallen heroes of emergency services and to show support for their families. This year's race is presented by Circuit of the Americas and honors fallen APD Officer Jaime Padron, who was shot and killed in the line of duty on April 6, 2012.
Each year, Austin police officers team with Special Olympics Texas and the Law Enforcement Torch Run. Run with the Heroes is honored to donate its proceeds to the Special Olympics Texas' athlete and their goals!
