Race Information
Great local bands will rock the route and twice as many real stages than ever seen on the roads will line the ten mile course! This is a people’s race and everyone’s invited to join the party and have some serious fun. This is also a certified athletic competition and there are requirements and guidelines to follow. Race information will be updated and posted on this page.
How to Register
If you want to race, you have to register. It’s easy to do at Active.com or you can download a Printable Entry Form and mail or fax to our contact information.

Course
The exact ten mile route is not ready for publication just yet but we can say a few things. It will be flat and fast (yes, really!) and will present some big prize money to incentivize the speed. Wide roads with some turns will prevail on the USATF certified course. Stages every half mile, eight well stocked water stations and premium medical support on course. Mile markers and time clocks will be at every mile with 5K signs too. Plenty of porta-potties on course and excellent SAG support will be provided. Overall event operations will be professional and precise. Course map and details to be posted soon.
Start/Finish Area
The Start and Finish lines are located in the same “village” area at Alterra Pkwy/Kramer Lane at the Domain in Austin. The expansive and open spaces will accommodate the big crowds here and at the post race party and concert. You will see the Finish line as you line up for the Start. Fully detailed diagrams of the Start and Finish lines will be posted
Party
The Start will be organized and tight, the finish line will be a party! After the elite athletes blaze to the finish tape and the rest follow up, our headliner act will hit the main stage. Performers to be determined and announcement to be made in the fall.
The finish area will feature a spacious family reunion area and a big time barbeque and beer garden – Texas style! All participants are welcome here and spectators can partake too. With perfect views of the main stage and great refreshments to boot, it’s just the way to wrap up the Austin 10/20 day. More delicate fare will be available if you prefer but the BBQ will be excellent!
