When you sign up for this series, you are signing up for the 5K or 10K at each of these events. You can follow the posted training plan at fortheloveofgo.com and you'll be ready to walk the Jaguar Jog and continue through Pink Heals, then Run for the Hills, before the final Pie-K! Or maybe you are ready for a 10K, just select the 10K Track and pick up the 10K distance at Jaguar Jog and Run for the Hills. Whatever you decide to do - we hope you'll join us as we get off the couch!
