Love and running is in the air! The Crush Rush 5K will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, along The Woodlands Waterway beginning at 8 a.m. Crush Rush 5K is produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department and is a USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned event.
The chip-timed 5K course will incorporate the full length of the Waterway, providing a scenic route and fun, enjoyable atmosphere fostering friendly competition. The 5K race is open to runners of all abilities and recommended for participants ages 10 and older. Runners are encouraged to dress in their best Valentine's Day themed attire!
There will not be an Awards Ceremony, but awards will be distributed onsite. A photo area will be available for participants.
