As the hounds howl into the night and the ghouls come out to spook, the air turns to a chill and the fun begins! This Halloween-themed fun run at night by McAllen Parks and Recreation will bring the spooks for runners of all ages! Participants will encounter spooky scenes as they make their way through the route.
