21st Annual Lockhart Kiwanis Stampede
This flat course with long stretches through Lockhart's neighborhood area is a great place to set your Personal Best record. All proceeds benefit Kiwanis Scholarship program.
We'll start with the Kids K -- they will run around the block twice - come early and help us cheer our friends!
Then, at 8 a.m., we'll start the 5K!

Team Challenge: Is your organization, workplace or group of friends ready for a challenge?
Teams of 7 or more individuals (maximum of 15 people) comprised of any age group will compete. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies awarded to fastest team by average time of all team members! After the 7th person registers, all on the team receive $5 off, and each person after up to 15 on the team. Discount only available when you register under your team name, not if you are added in later! Registration for teams closes before the race starts at 8 AM!
Finish brings you right back to where you started!

No late registration penalities - the price you see above is the price all the way to the start of the race!
DOG and STROLLER are add ons and mean you will have a bib assigned to your dog or your stroller in addition to your own, which means whoever is running with the dog or stroller must register also. A dog or a stroller must be accompanied by a human! This is for a bib only.

Teams will be able to take advantage of the Group rate receiving a $5 per person discount; however, they must register by April 23 to receive the discount & take part in the challenge.
There's LOTS of parking! You can park across the street from First Lockhart Baptist Church in the lots off Prairie Lea, or you can park at the lots at Prairie Lea and Blanco - on either side.

Extra shirts are ordered conservatively so as not to expend funds on shirts that could go to the cause. If having a shirt is important to you, please register by Shirt Guarantee Deadline, April 14.

5K is chip timed.
Online Early Registration will close 4 days before race day. Late registration is available until a few minutes before start time.
If you register after early registration closes, you are considered late registration and you can still sign up online! When you get to packet pickup or race morning, follow the signs for Late Registration.
Late Registration closes 10 minutes before race start time.
No refunds, but you may transfer your registration to another person.
Packets may be picked up by another person.
We allow late starts up to 10 minutes after start time. If you are later than that and you choose to start, note that you may not have support, coverage, or directional markings, and you will not be timed - with love!
All Registration Changes must be handled on race morning with the timing company.
If offered, Packets to be shipped will be shipped following the close of the race.
All packets not retrieved by race start time will be considered donations.
