A RunRise is a sunrise on a race morning with For the Love of Go!

This is an open invitation to all but specifically high school cross country (XC) runners who will be training through to high school track season.  The challenge:  join us for as many RunRises (or all of them!) as you can in this seven-race series connecting the end of cross-country season to the beginning of track season. 

Bragging rights are at stake for the top three fastest cumulative times across all seven races (virtual runs do not count)! Finisher medals for those who log a time for all 7 races.  Participants can sub two races with a virtual run of the same distance and still receive a finisher medal as long as they submit their times by January 25 to jennifer@fortheloveofgo.com.
