This is an official Corpus Christi Roadrunners club event.
DATE: Sunday 18 February 2018
PLACE: Malaquite Beach Visitors Center for parking, race starts on beach 400 meters south of Visitors center building of the Padre Island National Seashore Park
TIME: 10 mile race start at 7am
COURSE: The entire course is on the hard packed sand on the beach. It is a five mile out and back course.

TO PARK & ENTRY: From Corpus Christi take SPID, Hi 358, south onto Padre Island where it merges with Park Road 22. That takes you into the park. The Malaquite Beach Vistors Center is 5 miles past the park entrance on the same road. The National Seashore Park charges $10/car to enter the park. However, on race day, the park entrance will not be manned until 7am race day morning. You can pay on the way out.
10 miler: all finishers get a medal. The overall and masters top three male and female get awards.
T-SHIRTS: Long sleeve t-shirts, with correct size to all who enter by 10 February 2018. Thereafter, risk getting incorrect size.
REGISTRATION: On line registration is at: www.vfitproductions.com On-line registration closes Friday Feb 16, 2018. Drop-off entry deadline is Saturday 17 Feb until 6pm, at Fleet Feet 514 Everhart Corpus Christi, TX 78411
