Ima’s 5K & Kids 1K is our biggest annual fundraiser for Ima’s Home, an orphanage in the Philippines built by Pastor Jim in 2009. Today, 155 children call Ima’s Home family — and with your help, we can welcome even more. Our dream is to care for 300 children, but it costs about $150 a month to provide each child with food, shelter, education, and love.
This year, our goal is to raise $140,000 — enough to cover six months of care for every child currently living at Ima’s Home. Every dollar raised goes directly toward meeting their daily needs and expanding to reach more children who are waiting for hope and a home.
The day is for everyone: competitive runners will enjoy a certified, chip-timed 5K, while families and friends can walk together. Afterward, kids under 12 can join the fun with the 1K Kids Run.
