After 40 incredible years at the Tower of the Americas, our iconic event is moving to a new temporary location for 2026 due to scheduled renovations at the Tower.
While we’ll miss racing up those 952 steps, the Alamodome offers an exciting new challenge and the same spirit of community, determination, and fun that makes this event so special. Participants can look forward to a one-mile run, stair climb, and the legendary afterparty — all in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s mission to find a cure and improve the lives of all people living with CF.
