Whether you're already in shape, looking for helathy options or simply considering starting a new fitness routine, Central Texas Medical Center's (CTMC) CREATION Health Fitness Challenge is a great way to become familiar with the latest in products and services for your health. The CREATION Health Fitness Challenge will be held Sunday, November 10 from 9:00 to 11:00am at the CREATION Health Walk Trail (Lot 5, behind the Women's CEnter building). This event will feature a one-mile fitness challenge, door prizes, tote bags, giveaways and fitness/health-related organizations providing information and services for your health needs. This fitness challenge is broken up into three sections.
The first part is a fitness challenge arounf the CTMC CREATION Health Walking Trail. Participants will make their way around the one-mile trail while stopping at different stations that consist of a wide range of fitness activities (kettle bell, pushups, jump rope, etc). The challenge will begin at 9:00am, but participants are welcome to join in at any time after it begins.
The second part of the event will consists of vendor fitness booths locaoted at the finish line. The booths will promote health and fitness by providing contests, service information and free giveaways for registered participants.
The last part of the challenge is a contest to see who brought the largest group. The group with the largest number of participants will each win a drawstring bag and CREATION Health water bottle.
