                        Girls Varsity    8:00am

                        Boys Varsity   8:30am

                        Girls JV           9:00am

                        Boys JV          9:30am


Location:        Cardinal Stadium-Southside High School, 1460 Martinez-Losoya Rd (Course map included).

Entry Divisions: Varsity-Division -- 3 mile run girls/boys 7 runners per team

                              JV-Division – 3 mile run girls/boy unlimited

Fee: $75.00 per school (takes care of boys & girls Varsity & JV)

Meet Entries: Coaches:  Entries will need to be put in through:

(Coaches, simply navigate to the event page and click on ‘Teams’.  You will need to be logged in to create your team.  Once you create a team, the team page has the option to add team members.  You can simply add your roster there with the appropriate division.  You can come back as needed to add or change your roster.)

When signing in only minimum information is needed for the athlete-name, sex, and division.  Any other information on the athlete is NOT required.  Results will be on this website.

Close of entries: noon on October 8th.

Athletes can be entered in Varsity Division (limit of 7) & JV Division (Unlimited).  On the day of the meet, only a FEW additions/deletions can be made between 7:00-7:30am, at the designated scores area.  No full team rosters will be accepted at that time.

On arrival at the stadium: Coaches please check in and receive your packets in the Gym Foyer. You will receive your teams’ bibs with chips for each athlete. Athletes registered in varsity can NOT run JV and athletes registered in JV can NOT run Varsity.  In needed, changes will need to be done immediately after receiving your packet at the finish line. 





Please no camps on the football stadium playing field.  Camp sites will be on South practice field where starting line was last two years.  Coaches please have team camps cleaned up and trash/trash bags placed in designated area. The Westside of the Stadium will be open for Athletes/Spectators to allow bathroom access ONLY. Coaches please DO NOT allow athletes to enter through the back side of the finish line, especially with bibs on or in hand.  This will ensure a smoother ran meet.  Busses will be guided by Southside police department to the designated parking area.
