ENTRIES: The District Cross Country Entry Form must be in the District Chairman’s office by October 12, 2015 [five (5) days prior to the District Meet]. This eligibility form may be found on the UIL website.

We will be using Athlete Guild to enter athletes. All names (Varsity and JV) must be entered by 9:00 AM on Thursday, October 15, 2015.
AWARDS: 1. Medals for the first 10 individual finishers.
2. Medals for the members of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.
3. A trophy for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in each varsity division will be presented at this meet.
PARKING: Buses must park around back in the pool area lot. Security Officers will provide directions as to parking location. Spectators will park in the north end of the parking lot. ***See the map provided***
MAPS: Will be available on site
CHECK-IN: Coaches should check-in and acquire necessary materials at the scorer’s tables near the finish line area.
TRAINER: Athletic Trainers will be stationed near the finish line.
FACILITIES: This is our first event at Time Warner Park. We will use the Restroom Facilities provided. PROPERLY DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH.
Team Camps can be set up in the interior of the Park, utilizing the areas around the sand volleyball courts. Teams will need to remain off of any softball/baseball playing area. Coaches are expected to select the location, monitor, and supervise the clean-up of each team camp.
Coaches, managers, and spectators will be permitted to watch the competitors while at the Park. Note: The course will be clearly marked and spectators will be closely monitored to keep the runways clear.
***IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY RAIN AND/OR FLOODING OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, THE MEET WILL BE MOVED TO BLOSSOM ATHLETIC CENTER.***
