DESCRIPTION:<p>We set out with a continued hope to build our community of schools\, grandparents\, parents\, aunts\, uncles\, brothers\, sisters\, and our precious little ones with STRONG awareness for craniofacial conditions\; to create events in which those whose lives are affected by these conditions can share some time together\; and to raise money to help support Cleft Palate Foundation&#39\;s mission to enhance the overall quality of life for all of those affected by these conditions - from medical professionals\, to all of the caretakers\, and those who physically live with these conditions.</p>
