Your entry fee includes a one-year membership to the Friends of Government Canyon, race t-shirt, a well-marked and well-supported course with well stocked aid stations, and post-race refreshments for all participants.

Course
8K runs through the Frontcountry on the Savannah Loop and Lytle’s Loop trails. An easy to moderate course that is great for beginning trail runners and walkers.
15K is a hilly, rocky, challenging course that runs through the scenic Backcountry on the Recharge, Far Reaches, Recharge, Little Windmill, and Sendero Balcones trails. Some of the natural areas most scenic areas are on this course!
Awards
This race is chip timed. Top overall & masters awards in each race, along with age group awards 3-deep in 10 year increments (19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & above).
