Event benefits the Land Heritage Institute Foundation. Land Heritage Institute is a loving land museum on 1200 acres of open space along the banks of the Medina River on the far south side of San Antonio preserving, mainaining and interpreting 10,000 years of the continual human habitation.
10 milers will run one single loop on rural trails along the banks of the Medina River and other historic sights of the Institute. 20 milers will run two looks and will get their split time recorded for the first half. Post-race party and Awards Ceremony will be at 10:30am for the 10 miler and 11:30am for the 20 miler.
No duplication of awards. Overall winner, male and female; overall masters, male and female; 10-year age groups for first 3 male and female fom 19 & under to 70 & over.
Age group awards will be based on chip time; overall winners and masters awards will be based on gun time.
