You can put hope in motion and share what gives you hope by participating in the 2021 Hope in Motion Virtual 5k Run/Walk! Participants will be able to support Hope Hospice from your home, neighborhood, a city park, or anywhere you can! Build a team and run or walk with coworkers, friends or family. Participation in the Hope in Motion 5k Run/Walk makes a difference in the lives of countless families in our community.
What you’re supporting: A team or family of 4 sends a child to our children’s grief camp, Camp HavenHeart for a day, as well as supports the We Honor Veterans program, the community counseling program and community assistance hospice program and the entire mission of Hope Hospice. The community assistance hospice program provides hospice care to those under- or uninsured at no cost to the patient or family, so that all can have dignity and peace at the end of life. We Honor Veterans provides extra care for our Veteran patients, based on the specific needs they may have due to their service to our nation. Our community counseling is open to all people in our service area, both adults and children, regardless if the person’s loved one was on our hospice services. The mission of Hope Hospice is to enrich our community by providing exceptional compassionate care and focusing on quality of life when it matters most. We’ve been your hometown hospice for over 37 years!
What you get: All participants will receive a softstyle t-shirt (size guaranteed if registered by October 31st) and a custom race bib where you can write what gives you hope. The first 100 registered participants will receive a custom Hope in Motion 5k medal!
